Cerrissa Koza
Bri Leonard
Bri grew up as a competitive dancer and cheerleader before moving to Boulder in 2008. Group fitness came into her life while searching for community and connection. She completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2016, shortly after she started teaching and facilitating trainings, and has continued deepening her practice and education ever since. Bri holds a 300hr certification and is 500hr E-RYT, 200hrs in Rocket Yoga, certifications in Hot Yoga, Sculpt, and Barre, and is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
Cerrissa Koza is an experienced yoga teacher and facilitator with 11 years of experience guiding yoga, meditation, and fitness classes. She has led 10+ rounds of 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, taught thousands of public classes, and is a sought-after mentor and facilitator for teachers and yoga studios.
Cerrissa’s classes are fun, challenging, and music-driven, woven together with intentional themes and purposeful breath. Her ultimate goal is to help you build wild self-confidence through movement so that you may be your fullest self and of service to the world. Her teaching method is based on using physical and energetic anatomy, along with the principles of yoga philosophy to work towards liberation and unity within our internal and external worlds.
Cerrissa is E-RYT 500 and is a CPT along with being certified in trauma yoga, breath-work, reformer pilates and hot yoga sculpt.
